Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return an item. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. You're also welcome to return items in person at our store.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items:
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Customised or personalised items
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
